It’s this belief that drives Jill’s approach to design, as well as her penchant for boutique, small-batch pieces and frequent collaborations with artisans. Her keen attention to detail, emphasis on truly bespoke designs, and love of bold colors have established Jill as a go-to expert in Charleston, New York, and beyond.
The studio takes a fully immersive approach – designing all aspects of interior architecture and loose furnishings. Their projects feature a variety of bespoke pieces that reflect their clients.
After a few years in the world of music management, Jill traded late night gigs for the historic halls of New York School of Interior Design. Following that, she worked with Architectural Digest Top 100 designers Tom Scheerer and Jesse Carrier before opening her own design studio in 2009. Through her 15+ years experience she has learned that good interior design is about the human experience. It’s about our happiness and well being.
Jill’s work has been featured in House Beautiful, Domino Magazine, and Rue Magazine, among other publications.
The inspiration that Jill finds as a passionate traveler is evident in her work, which ranges from private residences to commercial projects. From pairing earthy textures with striking textiles to mixing antiques with modern designs, Jill always encourages her clients to take risks and have fun.
